It kind of is. I feel like it's understandable to be upset about that... but you should probably talk to your partner about that and be patient that they move on from that. That's a super petty reason to break up with someone if it has only happened like once or twice thus far in the relationship and honestly it can be easily remedied with a conversation. However if it gets too much and y'all are late all the time to stuff because of your partner not being responsible (plus you already talked to them about all of that and they aren't even showing signs of changing) then maybe thats a discrepancy in the relationship and y'all aren't compatible.

It is, a lot of relationships are like this. I've been in relationships, and this has happened to me before. The only reason Cartman is angry is because he's spoiled and greedy, not to mention petty, but we all knew that. Him complaining, is pretty childish no pun intended.
