Eric hugging his mom after she unties him gets me every time. He is a spoiled evil monster spawn of a son but they both love each other. Seeing Eric's good side makes me so at peace. Also watching Eric's mom kick Kyle's mom in the face makes me laugh every time.

Honestly in my opinion, Cartman's mother is probably one of the caring mothers in the show (besides the fact she can't discipline well) she still manges to care for him
I was normal when I was little but I got a shots in primary school really close together after that my social skill dropped I lost friends and ever sense I wish I never got that fucking shot and just died
Hyperface 5 its probably not the shot, generally kids become more reclusive in grade 7-9 and you basically have to have pre-established cliques or be a social outcast

I think this was the first episode my girlfriend and I watched for South Park a few months ago. This entire episode, especially including this scene, had us in such a trance of confused laughing it became memorable. Love this episode just as much as I've ever did.

With Kenny’s mom I remember the episode where they got arrested for the Meth lab. She was yelling at her son and husband “you’re both drunk pieces of sh*t. Both of ya sit the f*ck down!” Is all I remember of her showing her angry side.

Liane is literally the single best parent in this show. Despite the fact that she raised a spoiled hellspawn, she shows the most care out of any of the other parents for her child. Got to give her credit for that.
She is also the nicest parent in the town with only the Blacks coming in after her. Very few of the adults in town dislike her and despite her past, they don’t hold or use it against her like you’d think they would. She knows that she’s partially the reason her son is a jerk and a brat but she is also a single parent and she has learned how to become a better mother as the series went on and has actual character development.
Dunno about "best". She's definitely one of the stronger parents in SP given her actions as a parent when taking care of Cartman but even her attempts to no longer enable Cartman, she's still not very good or responsible. But I can respect her taking responsibility and proving to everyone that taking care of Cartman isn't easy and she's not a good mom but it's HER job.
Honestly, I kinda enjoy Cartman's mother punching Butter's Dad and Kicking Kyle's mom. Due to the fact Butter's Dad keeps grounding him especially things, not even his fault, and Kyle's mom for personally, what she did in the movie.
What is wrong with you. The worse kid is Kyle. The reason Cartman is mean at times, is Kyle always attacked him. Kyle is a racist who beats up kids smaller than him. AKA he hates his Canadian brother and kicks him all the time.
