Commercials aired during the 2nd annual Cartoon Cartoons Weekend. This event introduced the "blue" Cartoon Cartoons intro seen before a majority of CN's original output in the late 90s & early 00s, and included the premieres of two new pilots: "Kenny & the Chimp" by Mr. Warburton, and "Mike, Lu & Og in Crash Lancelot" by Kino Film. Segments from all four CN originals at the time were played in a random order sandwiched by unique voiceover bumpers from their cast.
