A game like this needs a 4K sequel. A proper one with time and love for the franchise. Smash like graphics, move sets and physics would be insane considering the show has an enormous marketing potentiated roster
Sure is sad that they didn't make much effort in voice acting. Though I can hear soft jibber jabber coming from them. Either the sound for the voices is completely quiet, or that's the default sound.

iDoom9 I know, but most of those animes could only be found on Toonami. It's like second party, not created for/by the original company, but still exclusive to it.
TracksPyro yes, if you want to watch dubbed anime on television a lot of them can only be found on toonami in the USA. However, if you go onto an anime distribution website you can find all of the ones on toonami without censorship, and view them legally. 1. anime isn't made in the USA its made in japan. Companies then put out the liscences for distribution to other countries. Whoever gets the license then contacts another company to dub them. Those dubs go out to television companies. Those television companies don't own the anime they are just licensed to air them. Cartoon network doesnt own gundam, naruto, DBZ, One piece, etc. Plus anime characters would just feel out of place. 2. Don't you think it would be more of an endearing game if the game only included original characters. Everything on cartoon network is original( or it used to be). Of course characters like superman and batman are not cartoon network property but they had cartoons specifically animated to air on Cartoon network so I would give them a pass. If they made another game and had more characters from the 90's lineup as well as characters from the current line up the experience would be able to cater to older fans as well as the new ones.
Lewa500 Yes, I know. That's why I want all these characters in. That way, if you're a fan of fighting games, and you love Cartoon Network, there would be no reason to not buy this game, because the game would have everything you want..
How to make this game better Try not to copy Super Smash Bros. Add more characters, delete some and keep at least 80-85% of those(It would be awesome if you add first gen cartoons(edd n eddy, courage, etc.) with second gen cartoons (gumball, adventure time, reg show) DON'T ADD THE ABOMINATION THAT IS UNCLE GRANDPA I'm sure there's other good ideas, but that's all I can come up with atm :P

I don't exactly hate what I'm seeing, but I'm greatly bewildered by it. These guys put in a Blast Line AND a way to KO your opponent using a Special. So these guys are ripping off Smash Bros. AND PlayStation All-Stars. Aaaaand this is intuitive how, exactly? Also, of all the characters to put in the roster, WHY THE FUCK would you pick Captain Planet!? They didn't even hide him, he's RIGHT THERE!!!
Was anybody else annoyed how the bots almost always did the same move as soon as they got launched into the air? I imagine that’s this games version of Up B if comparing it to Smash. If you keep doing the same thing it’s easy to read.
I wanted courage in this too, what the hell cartoon network.. maybe they couldn't afford to have it in this game, since they bought all these other characters for the game most likely. At least billy and mandy made it in

well personally i think that the game is not one of those games that every one will like its one of those games that people would play for nostalgia to see there favorite characters in a different light then they are used to seeing
It IS like super smash brothers, I just wish there were more games out there like it. This is just a rare game and it's no where as good as Smash Brothers. but it's still sort of fun.
I agree i wanted courage in it, and also digimon all-star rumble and playstation all stars are also smash bros rip offs too, these consoles probablly wanted their own versions. There is not even a dlc for courage too..
the game looks.... OK. the character choices were not good but it does keep us entertained with super smash bro's style combat system, though it might be for people who don't play smash bro's or all stars but there is a silver lighting because it might be for people who have lost their super smash bro's copy's and this could be an alternative. now for things they could improve on. if they ever tried doing this again, they could: change the roster a bit for example, replace chowder and camchi with mordicai and rigby, replace mac and blue with ed and eddy. next, have more stages and arenas for people to explore.lastly, add power ups and i know they have those holocrons or what-evers that charge them but im talking about small boosts that will help you win. overall, this game is debateble. there is pretty much a tug of war with pro's and con's with this game but i think its ok. hell if nickaloadian tried doing this it would actualy do pretty well because they have a pretty impressive track record with video games. i mean c'mon, we could have ren and stimpy vs spongebob and patrick, inavader zim vs ... fuckin danny phantom i don''t care (but if they ever had shows like bread winners or fan-boy and chum chum in it i would burn myself in hell). if nick ever does this, i would have a little more respect for them.

I don't like the killing system of PlayStation all stars, you have to use special finishers to kill them whereas on this game they kept the original eliminating rules so that's makes this so much better
