those were the great days where CN cartoon interact each other but in the end we get nothing but colorful non character bumpers and then drama and contreversy and merge
What I love about these bumpers is how they combined the earlier CN shows like The Powerpuff Girls and Ben 10 with the more modern shows like The Amazing World of Gumball and Adventure Time that were made after the earlier shows ended.
This is what Cartoon Network has been missing in the 2010s: characters from different shows interacting in bumpers. Yes, there’s the 20th anniversary bumpers and the Toonix bumpers in Asia, Latin America and Brazil. And the part in the 25th anniversary bumper where Jake and Beast Boy turn into each other will never not be awesome! But it’s not the same now. These bumpers are a nice way of keeping up with the times and making the characters interact this way! It’s even more significant because some of the 2010s shows don’t even have bumpers from either period of time.
