Hi.. My husband is heart stent patient. his ef is 46% only. while taking this medicine his bp got low 90/60 and heart rate 60 only.. he take 3.125mg twice a day. he feel dizziness and headache. Can he take this or skipped it.. Plz reply me
Ask your cardiologist. In the mean time, when that happens, lay him down and elevate his feet above his head to increase venous return and elevate the pressure to normal level.
