So I'm a little interested in getting started in woodworking. Why'd you choose walnut instead of something else (like oak or cherry)? I'm trying to understand the differences in each type of wood. EDIT: fixed typos
I have a high amount of respect for those who carve. Its different compared to other mediums of art because once you take a part away, its gone. And honestly that seems really scary
Greetings I would like to know about the resistance of the clay after drying and curing in the kiln in relation to rain, wind and sun because I need a piece that is exposed which would be the most indicated, grateful.
Ok now who is watching this during coronavirus because you want to creat one yourself instead of using medical face mask? Is it just me?💁♀️ im a skyrim nerd🤦♀️
ion I think it’s because it’s kinda one of those games you can relax too. Your just chilling and exploring the world and crafting your character and it’s all a nice laid back fun kind of experience.
it was a pleasure watching you carve out the mask, the video is perfectly composed, there is no lack of music, to sound of tools is so pleasant to hear, keep up the great work, big thumbs up!
Im glad that you work in silence, I hate those people who constantly say "hey guys", "so now", "now we are gonna-". It's just annoying, but this is perfect.
Hey guys! This is my first video ever. I didn't expect so much positive feedback and subscriptions. There gonna be more videos soon. Thanks a lot! I really appreciate that. ;)
Right?? Everyone knows that if you make something once, you shouldn't make a 2nd one! Ugh! Just like when people draw or carve an eye one day, and then two days later draw a second eye!! Like, YOU ALREADY MADE ONE THE OTHER DAY!?! It doesn't make sense. 🤯🙄🤬🤬🤷♂️
This guy truly has raw talent. People like him is hard to come by. He deserves way more subscribers. Let’s help him out by sharing, liking and subscribing.
Seeing you put down that huge block of wood all i could think was, how on earth is he going to make that look like the thumbnail. Just wow. well done sir, your craftsmanship is out-standing. This video is like ASMR
You are so talented, I have always been interested in wood carving and really enjoy doing it, I am not as talented as you though and I do not have the proper tools, besides a knife, I am working on getting tools to use, but again great work, keep it up!!!
3liteslayer What? This is his first video on this channel, dude. This video & project is well-made, sure. But you saying that seems like a lie when you haven't seen any other videos on this channel.
crabbow If you actually know what sarcasm is, you'd know that there wasn't anything sarcastic about the comment. Pro tip, read that comment very slowly and carefully. Your welcome.
This is amazing, I love it so much oml Also, this gives me hella nostalgia... My dad is such an amazing artist with woodwork too and building houses, it's insane. When I was younger I used to make a drawing of a fish or horse onto a piece of wood and he was always cut them out for me and I would play with them. Ahh such good memories out of this Tbh he's trained me a lot with woodworking, so maybe one day I could surprise him with one of my own sculptures.. I'm only really good at 2D stuff so hopefully it would turn out okay ":^)
Anyone have a list of the tools/ gouges used? I know you see them right at the beginning, but I cant identify which gouges/ Vs/ knives they actually are.
