I'm in Oregon, and I have ten 200-foot Douglas Firs in my backyard. One of them drips sap badly down the side of the tree from about 10 feet up. The sap makes a mess everywhere, and when the kids step in it, cleaning it off their shoes is nearly impossible. Is there any way I can put a tap in the spot and collect the sap, so I can dispose of it? Thanks for your help. It's a gooey mess. Regards from Oregon, Mark
