I was really looking forward to meeting him. Princess bride was one of my fiancées favorite movies. He wouldn't allow pictures. I'm not talking about posed pics which does take time, but not even pics of him while signing. He did not make eye contact with anyone and would just kind of grunt when people would tell him how much they loved his movie. When he finished signing a book he would throw it aside and move to the next person. We had one book for him to sign which my fiancée and I wanted to share so I didn't want it personalized. He was pretty nasty about it and refused to sign without personalizing it, but would only sign one of our names. He told us to hurry up already so I just had him sign my fiancées name. He signed threw the book aside and yelled next. We were going to his panel later in the day but after that experience we didn't want to go. He really just seemed that he didn't want to be there. It was a shame because we were looking forward to meeting him, but everyone else we met at nycc was really nice, so we didn't let it sour our overall experience.
@@captainunserious that is so weird because in all his panels hes really nice and he loves kids and if someone asked for a hug he got off stage to hug them. He even went down a line and hugged every person. Wow that is shocking that he was like that. But I do think he is very particular or high maintenance because when he does autographs at Comic cons hes not in front at a table where you can see him, he has his own little cubicle. And when doing photo ops there were no hugs allowed and he wanted fans to be on his left side. But crazy I can't believe he was rude like that.
