2:30 I've honestly been thinking of all the possible outcomes Dean was expecting from this (that I could come up with) and most of them are...well, unsurprisingly physical. I mean, this is also the same episode where Dean just casually dropped his "last night on earth" pick up line on Cas, and then added a bit of "bert and ernie are gay" and some extra "you are NOT gonna die a virgin, not on my watch" when that didn't work. None of those worked either, though, and in the end Dean settled for just hooking up Cas with someone else. Which, *sigh* ALSO DIDN'T WORK. LMAO. I get why Dean was laughing his ass off afterwards. He really should've seen it coming (well, no one came but you get what I mean) Edit: now that I think about it it's highly probable that Dean thought Cas just didn't like _him_ specifically, or that Cas just didn't get _him_ specifically. I mean, with all that obvious hints thrown and none of them hit...so to then realize that Cas just didn't get it *at all* regardless of who is trying to hook up with him for whatever reason _is_ incredibly funny, but it also must've been weirdly quite a relief. I think it's especially telling how Dean doesn't at all say or clarify what he thinks is funny (even after Cas asks), he just laughs, even though the hooker is now upset, they're probably banned from that place, and Dean has basically been pestering Cas about not dying a virgin just a while ago (and now he really might). And so Cas just laughs with him, despite barely having any idea of what the hell is going on. In true socially awkward person manner, I like to think Cas is somehow reminded of this in the later seasons, and only then does he finally realize what had happened lmao. It's like when your crush was hitting on you and you don't realize until some years later. I would've said it's one of the things that keeps him up at night, but my guy doesn't even sleep
