Una obra de arte, que con su privacidad y confort es digno de aquel que le gusta lo simple y sofisticado teniendo el blanco como herramienta para apariencia de detalles con mucha luz en un espacio armónico y sutil. Felicidades Plano en 3D, tu nombre lo dice todo.

Excelente distribución, solo quitaría el muro que divide al garage del jardín para que todo el conjunto fuese un solo espacio más grande

Concuerdo contigo, pero me parece que ese muro está por tema estructural. Igual podría ser resuelto con estructura metálica, pero ya queda en gustos

Me encanta que deis un paseo por la vivienda dando una idea de los desplazamientos para luego poner el plano y que se entienda bien la distribución. Fantástica vivienda. Concuerdo con lo de quitar el muro entre jardín y garaje.

Tengo unas ganas de hacer una casa parecida a esta, la distribución me parece perfecta ya hasta pensé en los ajustes que le haría para mis gustos, como reemplazar el jardín por otra habitación porque mi terreno es de 10 x 15 xD

Super I want that I want a plan like that, those living area and dining area with starecase are amazing. Can extra bedroom, bathroom and washing area be connected to the ground floor without changing this plan. Adjust the upstairs to fit the ground floor. And upstairs should contain only 3 bedrooms and a lobby. Connect a balcony to the master bedroom. Make sure the house is well lit and well ventilated. Please drow this plan if you can thank you so much.

what 3D program is used for this? is it ArchiCAD or the simplest like SketchUp and then some good renderer software? or something like Maya/Max/Blender and then imported into Unreal Engine?
