It’s not just the modern contemporary beautiful design that does it for me, it’s the lot e.g. land in which it’s built on that will give a owner their space follow me, because I’ve personally frequented plenty nice neighborhoods or communities with luxury homes but however, the neighbor next door home was just too close proximity to each other, and to be paying an upwards of $650k and well into several millions, I wouldn’t be able to enjoy a home in areas like those I mentioned that were too close to each other, because I need a little elbow room !!!

I have always found that type of tacky luxury exterior design style to be one of the ugliest that I have seen. That being said there are small design features in this design that I like. I do like the color choices. What do they call this style. It seems like it is a sub style of on of the modern styles. It seems to pop up in middle eastern countries and high end communities and in some of the southern Asian countries. I first saw it pop up back in the midd 80s.
