I don't work with rentals very much since they can be a bit all over the place, but I've driven by that complex and do have some information for you: A few things: *They're under construction still, will start to have units ready September 26th. *They are currently accepting applications for leasing, and do have units available. *You can see their floorplans and a lot of information at livemesavista.com *They're an affordable housing community, so you'll want to make sure to look at their income qualifications page. *Looks like they're planning a lot of great amenities, so if you must rent, you like apartments, and you qualify based on income, this looks like an honestly great choice! Hey Chase, Great question! Goodyear, Peoria, and Litchfield Park are roughly 60-75 minutes away from me. There are some great spots there and I do some work out there occasionally, but it's not my area of focus. I'll be mostly making videos of Phoenix its southeast suburbs.
