I've always been a fan but now I can say I really, really admire you more now that you've shown us how you treat your staff or mga kasambahay. Not all celebrities or famous, rich people treat their staff the way you do. You gave them not just a space for themselves, but you gave them a space that is "makatao". Complete with ac pa ha! If you know, you know. And not only that. You even thought of your friends' driver/s and provided a space where they can hang out instead of waiting outside. This is so touching. Yeah I have always admired Solenn for being "makatao" even before they got married pa. I am not sure if you have seen one of their vids where Nico got mad and he smashed one of the bottlles of wine in a store. It was just a prank but Solenn didnt know. She was sooo calm and worried. Nico still shouting and venting out. Solenn brought out her cheque and offered to pay the bottle that Nico refused to pay. She was about to write a cheque for P250,000. Since then I have admired how humane her heart is.
As it should be. Finally, a local celebrity being a good example to the next generation of Filipinos on how we should treat staff in our home. Even the term 'staff' is used, instead of "maid". The term 'maids/servants' quarters does not sound right anymore. Household staff is involved in raising children and caring for a home. Everyone should be treated equally, addressed by their names, and not just 'yaya'. My French/Belgian friends had a Filipino babysitter, and although they lived in Dubai where staff aren't also treated well, they adapted the European way of treating staff as how it should be. She had good compensation compared to others, and when her shift ended at 6pm, she was given her privacy and wasn't disturbed till the next day. They also enrolled her in a driving school, so now she has a driving license, a life skill. I currently live in Switzerland, and it's amazing how a house cleaner is treated equally as a doctor. Nakakatuwa naman na maayos ang room ng mga staff ninyo.isa akong family cook at yaya for 21 years now . Nakakalungkot lang ang mga amo ko hindi kasing buti mo pero nagtitiis ako kasi mabait yung alaga ko. Inalagaan ko since birth hanggang ngayon mag 19 na siya at minahal niya ako ng sobra

@@maricelp116 it doesn't matter whose kasambahay's room is the best or mas maganda or mas malaki. The most important thing is that they're treated fairly, well and respected. There's no point of comparing here.

I have seen some beautiful homes with staff rooms that are tiny and utter crap. I appreciate how much she cares for the staff and their well being and personal space. Kudos to you. I truly truly am touched seeing this. ❤

As a clean freak, I'd get a house of my own similar to this! Everything was well put together. So happy for the staff working for them. This simply shows how Solenn and her family value their help.
What I like the most about this is it shows that you treat your househelp with dignity. The area you allotted for their personal space is just right relative to the size of your entire house.
Kudos to you for giving your kasambahays a nice space to live in complete with outdoor space, tv area, round table with chairs. It’s spacious and has natural light. Not many people do this for their kasambahays. I admire you!
I happened to see this video because I've been watching videos related to interior and building houses. It's great to know how this woman and her family provide clean and wonderful space for their staff. They honestly deserve that space after a day's work and errands. I like her.

i'm glad na very comfortable ang space ng house staffs nila Solenn. Malaking factor sa mga kasambahay na may maayos silang matutulugan, given na pagod din sila sa pagtratrabaho, maswerte ung mga KBs nila kasi considerate ang employer.

It’s good to see this kind of Amo na she make sure her staff room feels relaxing and it doesn’t feel like a staff room. Very aesthetic, neat and clean. Parang magandang bahay talaga. İm sure her staff feels motivated to work hard since they are well taking care of
I love this episode. This is a great example of how to provide comfortable space for our helpers. We often forget that our helpers are the reason that our homes are comfortable. They help us do what we usually do not like to do. Therefore, we should treat them with kindness and respect. My family has helpers in PH. If we have a family who is struggling and is asking for help, my mom asks them if they are willing to help around the household with pay and stay as long as they want in our home.
Very thought of place for the staff. I know ndi naman pwede lahat to sa lahat ng family with house help, but it's really nice for Solenn and their staff to have a nice, spacious, clean, relaxing space. And nakakainspire na if one day we can afford it, we can also do the same thing for the staff. Plus i also like how she uses pa din some "old" things from their previous house... nagkataon na they have money but she has this practical side pa din 😊❤
