Brand: Casablanca
Model: Victorian Limited
This is a 52" Casablanca Victorian Limited ceiling fan, shown in the Weathered Bright Brass finish with original Hi-Gloss Walnut blades and beveled glass light kit. The model number is 2010T and the serial number reads DW19148 which dates this fan to have been manufactured April 19th, 1988; the 148th fan produced that day. The fan features a K-55 induction motor, 6 fan speeds, forward/reverse, and full range dimming. This fan has also been updated to a newer W-32 Inteli-Touch wall control system.
Introduced in 1985, the "Victorian Limited Edition" is what I'd assume was Casablanca capitalizing off the popularity of the Victorian model and their recent introduction of the Inteli-Touch control system. This fan is essentially a dressed up Gallery Edition Victorian with an attention-grabbing name. This fan would have originally been sold together with the blades and light kit you see. The finish is particularly unique with Weathered Bright Brass being exclusive to, I believe, this model only. Then there is of course the light kit which immediately draws your attention to the two-toned glass shades but there is plenty of intricate detailing in the actual light kit you can see the closer you get. What makes this particular fan a bit more unique is the fact that it has 5 blades, which is less common and only seems to be found on later models from 1988 as Casablanca began to make 5 blades the standard for most of their models.
Overall this is just a really well made and designed fan. The level of detail from the castings to the finishes is second to none. Aside from a slight wobble, the fan performs exceptionally well just like any other Casablanca from this time period.
