Beautiful time with Family, Made 7 passes to finally find a 200' place to land in 10' rocks but avoid the +20" rocks. 17' tide comes in pretty fast. Also a Huge calving event could cause a wave to wash over Island ??

Agreed, Also If the motor does Not start the plane will be swept away with the high tide.
