Real enjoy and learn a lot from your videos. I rebuilt all the cylinders and fresh paint on my 580K last summer. Now new under carriage for the JD 450D, after seeing your video on the small Case dozer I figured mine could not be any worse. Too bad the ceiling in there was so low, it would have been a nice to have the loader all the way up.

western truck and tractor repair thanks man it at started in Bradington Florida overheated fixed that at 12:00am then went up the road and slept woke up battery dead ... we have a generator and battery charger with up ... got to starks Florida filled up with gas twenty miles down the road water hit fuel its been a real bitch since changed fuel filler in carb worked good for 20 more miles and bam back fire and dead along I95. Made it to somewhere in Georgia changed fuel filters in line on both tanks full of some kind of black shit damn one tank working good the other not I have been under this thing six times and then Saturday night at 2:00 am battery died no lights got of road stayed the till 11.00 am charged battery got going made it to mount hope West Virginia changed alternator and was good for about haft hour then bam it took a shit now we are in beckley West Virginia waiting for parts store to open and try again it’s not been a good trip at all but like my girlfriend said there isn’t anything I can’t fix I hope so 🤞🤞
remember ih tractors had this same condensation issue with their torque amplifier. clutch pack is above the oil level, lack of oil to clutch it gets red hot & condensation from overuse. on ih they had 3 oil supply tubes to clutch pack, 3 o-rings rot away then clutch starves for oil
Man I don't know how many times I've ran into that same problem I've done a few of those trans all it takes is a little cleaning and and. P.m to keep them going good luck you and yours be safe and take care
important edit.. super magnets inside the case will catch all the rust flakes that come off other parts... hopefully keeping them out of the pump. warren.. do you carry a bead seating air tank on your service truck. you can unscrew the big valve and add a tee with a 1/2 or 3/4" side fitting. on that another tee of the same size.. a globe valve and a quick connect male to hook to your truck air line.. on the other side a 6 foot large diameter hose to your 3/4 and 1" gun connector size.. it becomes a surge tank.. to reduce the pressure drop thru the long reel of hose coming of the truck .. i modded a 5 gallon tank and direct connected with 1/2" hose using 3/8 fittings without any quick connects.. never needed more than a second or two to break loose any big nut ..
I have watched nearly all your video's. I am 48 years old, and farm raised. Worked on a few thing's. And seen them worked on. You are one of the best Mechanics I have ever seen. Not a part's changer. Lot a them these day's. This is a serious request to rebuild a 12v 95 Dodge Motor. Not sure how to go over the details here. I would pay for all part's and shipping coast's. And Pay you whatever you would charge to build it. Again I am not sure how to do this throughU Tube. So a reply to this with some help? Would be greatly appreciated. This is an entirely a legitimate request. Thank you.
Robert here Ryan, I would have to say that those jets are a little heavier than the A10s. I am a railfan so having the tracks that close would not bother me a bit. There is a saying and it goes like this. Pardon our noise but its the sound of freedom.

the air inside the case gets hot as the oil thus it as it cools down pulls in moist air through any way it can cool moist air condenses on the metal which cools faster than the oils an other parts water forms depending on the oils type an viscosity it'll either float on top or sink to the bottom rust will form at that point till the oil heats up again an expands shoving the water heavy air out of the case if the vent is open the air can exchange an flow easier thus air wont tend to condense inside the case water will evaporate out
Weakest backhoe out there is the Super M. Being a Utility Contractor we've had many different units and brands on jobs big and small. The back actor is flimsy and hydraulics weak. Prefer John Deere 310 series.
Let me know how well the JD 310 works when you are trying to pick up an 8×20 1inch thick road plate which is 6800 pounds . JD 310 can't do it with front bucket but case 590 super n can
