I believe it's the main reason why Tati is doing this. A diversion from HERSELF. Did what KJ (wrongfully) do cause the issues to Tat's reputation and business? Nah. KJ is just culpable enough to be the perfect scapegoat.

They didn't, and it pisses KJ off that Emily is wading through the reams and reams of paper of these filings and ensuring that those of us playing along at home can keep up. I think Brown et al should be thankful that they can file these briefs electronically, because they've gone through about 20 reams of paper so far. KJ should also be thankful, because not printing all that shit means that Brown isn't charging her hourly rates for the paralegal printing and binding all these filings.

I JUST realized I think I know what KJ is referring to with the "murderous conspiracy". There's a line in Tati's "Breaking my Silence" about James being on the top floor of a tall building and her thinking he might jump if she posted the video, and Shane telling her to post the video anyway (I think is the jist of it). I *think* KJ is implying that one or both of them wanted him to do it

I work for a forensic accounting firm (maintaining the documents and database). We work mainly on family law cases and the first thing I learned when I started working there was how sassy and passive aggressive attorneys are in filings and correspondence. Its fricken hilarious sometimes.
