Consider dehydration also as a precipitating /trigger factor in Migraine. Early age onset headache could be due to hereditary and visual defects perticularly in the form of anisometropia, astigmatism. In cases of depression with headache Sod Divalproex could be considered since it's a bit mood elevator too. If bright light is the trigger factor... Ask history of the sorounding flickering colour LED lights, which needs to be put off.
Everything is very clear but it doesn’t clear the fact about Treatment. The main question should be is it permanently treatable or only symptomatic Treatment in Migraine.
I am a 28 years old male having classical migraine for 3 years....for 1st year i took flunarizine for 6 months....i was okay for 1 year but from past 2 months i was getting migraine attacks and now i am taking amytryptilline....right now i am okay but still i am not comfortable in lights....a little photophobia is there ....what should i do????
@@dr.karthik12 sir 1 thing i forgot to mention that i also have left hand weakness(ulnar side) and doctor asked me to do vit b12 and vit d3 test and i did....and report shows it was severely low....i did test around 2 months ago.....sir how much time it will take to get rid of weakness and sir please help me by telling which food should i eat....
@@emazkhan , please try to avoid chocolate and some spicy foods. For Vit D make sure your body maximum of 30 mi exposure per day in the early sun preferably before 8 AM. Vit B12 please have more of eggs, Non veg and the weakness must be evaluated with MRI to rule out any brai n structural causes, if the weakness is worsen. your
