Give nitrofurantoin 100mg bid for 5 to 7 days. If resistance is suspected give fosfomycin 3g PO stat. If Persistant go for C/S

In case of urosepsis we have to start antibiotics as soon as possible after collecting cultures. We can start as per local epidemiology and bugs which are more common. We can start with PipTaz / cefoperazone salbactam.

@@peppapig934 we must start antibiotics in any case of sepsis as soon as possible empirically. Prior to iv antibiotics we must collect cultures but it should not be delayed to start antibiotics.
