Corrupt as Hell. The Councils deciding their own laws. The Councilors are elected to run the Council and decide policy, but it looks like the County Manager and engineers have the full say. We need to change that situation and take back control through the Councilors. The whole system needs to change in Ireland. Illegal migrants getting pods erected overnight for them and this man is being hounded by the Council even though he built his own home on his own land and made it blend in with the surroundings. In no way can this man be left homeless while foreign men get houses and apartments free of charge - disgraceful situation and conduct by the Council officials.

You're right, Tipperary a great patriot county. It reminds me of the poem, Éamon an Chnoic from the late 1600s. Éamon was a Tipp man who shot a bailiff dead, who was confiscating a poor widow's cow. Absolutely no planning enforcement in areas where it is needed. The council will pick off the less financial well off knowing full well he doesn't have the funds to legally fight his case. Shameful behavior from a council that hates the people that pay for them.
In a mobile home on my own lad and i am still waiting for irish water to connect me 16 weeks waiting ,and the council forcing me to build a house....i use rain water to flush my toilet My neighbour whos a farmer is letting me use there water. The system is a joke
