Sir...55 yr, Male chronic smoker... AML post chemotherapy, COPD part exaggerated... On broad sepctrum antibiotics - meropenem & Levoflox with Nebulisatiom round the clock...my qs.. 1. How frequently will give nebulisation and with what drugs & dose 2. Is steroid recommended, in TLCs - 100, post chemotherapy. As patients on NIV with CO2 - 82 (venous blood).
