A310's throttle system is backed up by FADEC. The FADEC receives the current thrust lever position set manually by the Pilot Flying and computes the thrust rating limit and the N1 for that particular Thrust Lever Angle.On Boeing aircraft, Autothrottle physically move based on engine power. On Airbus aircraft, the thrust levers remain in a stationary position in a particular selected DETENT and do not physically move as engine power changes but Engine power changes according to the Throttle Lever Position (TLP) in any particular DETENT selected by the Pilot Flying. In the incident of YR-LCC the Throttle Lever for ENG1 slipped down from CL detent to Flight Idle due to kinematic cause ; unable to keep position due to less friction due to 'wearing and tearing'. [ In A/THR (Not to be confused with AP), ALPHA FLOOR are lost, they can only be recovered at the next FMGC Power-Up ON GROUND ( And Yes this is for every modern airliner ) ] The Pilot Flying keeps one hand on Thrust Levers and one on Control Column ( A310 is equipped with conventional Yoke) from start of Take Off Roll till 50ft above ground or till Positive Climb Rate gained and Gear Up Requested. The captain retract flaps but unable to retract slats and was unable to 'Guard the Throttle' as he was physically incapacitated. So the PF was overloaded with duty. He engaged Autopilot 1 (AP1) but it disconnected before engaging AP2. AF loss causes AP1 disconnection. It is not logical to blame the manufacturer for Wearing and Tearing. It is totaly Operator's Negligence of Poor maintenance ; Tarom SOP does not say anything about what corrective action to be taken by the Pilots in this particular situation though similar incident was reported past 12 times and the 12th was reported 15 days before the Final Flight!

anyways as he saud bro that thethis plane was proggrammed by airbus , it programmed it like that which made overspeeding alarm to not activate

it was programmed like if a plane is in the situation like the 310 aircraft , and auto pilot is off also plane is overspeeding . then auto pilot disconnection should be given more priority than over speeding alarm and this alarm should not get activated

The FO flew Airplane with Soviet ADI earlier, Tarom 371 was Airbus A310-324 with western ADI, he was flying western ADI for 650 hours not for first time 60216 total Landing and Take Off cycle does not logged in 3 years of Delta occupancy it was logged entire life in PanAm, Delta and Tarom.
