I’m complaining to corporate! I was waiting in line being checked by a gentleman named Tim. He was slow as Christmas (but was very kind so that made up for it). When a quite large ginger man came up to me and asked “will you step on me”? I was outraged! I quickly picked up my items to leave and mentioned that I couldn’t find any Coffee. The same man, I expect to be the manager screamed that of course I can’t find the Coffee, that it’s 9PM and that they were closed! He told me to never come back again. He then followed me down the street home. I almost called the cops as I feared for my life! Thankfully, a car drove by and ran over what looked like some of his product in boxes and I was able to escape as he confronted the guy down the street screaming! Absolutely outrageous customer service! I will be contacting my lawyer about this!

when I bought one thing for my kids who haven't eaten in 3 days because I was low on money, the manager followed me home and wouldn't stop screaming at me and leaked my address. And he wouldn't stop yelling at his employees, I will give an extra star because of an heartwarming story by a cashier who had twelve kids to feed and his wife had recently been eaten by the manager so he could barely feed them. If I can remember correctly I think that his name was Tim. Also one of my friends, Ellen, went there and told me how she was always screamed at and yelled at whenever she went to the store. One time she said the manager had even gone so far to tell a taxi driver to run her over. Overall a horrible experience. New story at 500 likes (This story is from one of my friends who is a lawyer.) While shopping at CaseOh’s Grocery store, I heard one of the cashiers talking back to the owner. At first I thought he was being highly disrespectful. But as I was getting some potatoes for my dinner, I heard what was actually going on. The cashier (who I later figured out to be named Tim) was arguing with the manager of the store about his paycheck and was complaining about only getting paid $7.15 per hour. And if I’m not wrong the minimum wage in Brookland, Arkansas is $11.00 per hour. When I was done shopping I wanted to go check out and complained the lines were full. The manager then went back Tim and started yelling at him some more. By the time I got to checkout Tim was hysterical. I asked him what happened but he could barely speak. I asked him if he wanted to come to my place after his shift because I’m a lawyer and all he could do was nod. While waiting outside while he was working I noticed a pack of cigarettes on the ground and I know that doesn’t pass any health regulation so I made sure to write that down. When Tim got done with his shift he came back to my place and we discussed what happened. He said that the manager would constantly take smoke breaks and then not let his employees take the state regulated lunch breaks or anything of that sort. He said that the manager constantly diminish his employees state of mind and would even go as far as screaming at them during the day in front of all the customers. He said that not only would he harass his employees but he would also harass the customers. He would say to some of the more attractive ladies “ Slap me, I’ve been a bad boy.” Then walk off. He would also go as far to stalk some of the customers and tell people to drive them over. I am pressing charges. Next story at 1,000 likes

I've seen comments on Tiktok saying that Case is only famous due to his chat. Yeah, chat is funny as hell but this series proves just how funny and imaginative Case is on his own AND with the chat. I absolutely live for the lore of Supermarket Simulator and all the town's characters. The developers should thank Case for the amount of people who have bought the game and left a review on steam :') Out of interest, what were the names that Case wouldn't read out?

Im the fired fed ex driver. When i placed them on the ground, everything was fine until i heard stomping. It sounded like a earthquake. Then the products fell down? Then i saw a big ginger man come down. The products were trying to hold on as much as possible. I drove off before he came then, something unexpected happened. According to my calculations, if you are paying Tim $80 a day then he is getting under minimum wage. Allow me to explain, Tim works from 8 AM to 9 PM that is 13 hours and 80÷13=6.1538. This means Tim is only getting paid around six bucks an hour. Now we also know that you live in Arkansas meaning that this is where the shop is located, and as of April 24, 2024 the state minimum wage of Arkansas is $11 per hour. In conclusion this means that Tim isn’t getting paid enough and your business is liable for civil damages in court.

I can just imagine poor Tim, Jim, Slim, and Quan dealing with their schizophrenic boss who's the size of the store. Standing on tables, yelling at people on the street, following people home when they cant find products, chasing Ellen, and randomly breaking out in song. Not to mention the how many times a day he talks to imaginary friends (chat) about which employee he should direspect today, or threatning to fire poor Tim everday. Imagine how the workers felt watching him collecting boxes to "escape the simulation". Like what is going through the shoppers heads when he gets two different shoppers to get run over by cars on their way home. How hard is it to deal with a bipolar person like Case?
