She was not rude at all. She is creating boundaries for her dog, which is always nice. The dog would have made a sound if it hurt him in any way. The Golden Retriever was sniffing Cash too much. You can see Cash was walking away from that. Cash is a polite boy.
People need to be careful with their little dogs control them better, Cash is as tolerant as hell. But you never know he could crush those dogs like mincemeat if he turned. Then the owners would cry and go crazy at Steve.
It continually amazes me how many people are afraid of dogs in the US given the number of households that have dogs. I understand cultural experiences. But, other than that, …. .
