A cash budget is an estimation of the cash flows of a business over a specific period of time. This could be for a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual budget. This budget is used to assess whether the entity has sufficient cash to continue operating over the given time frame.

when you subtract 31,100 which is the total receipt from the total payment which is 36,880 i think the answer will be -5780. Does it matters when we don't observe these signs ? because i noticed that you weren't applying them.

Hey, I would like to be enlightened why you deducted depreciation from only 3 months for overheads and not from all the months

this is because we were only required to prepare a cash budget for the months of October, November and December only

Purchases' figures taken in the cash budget are not for the asked months,is it?? I stand to be corrected. Thank you.

For cash budget we consider when the payments were made, in this case the payments for purchases were made two months after the purchases.i.e purchases for August, the payment was done in October.
