Cash Deposit Limit to Avoid Income Tax Notice || Maximum UPI Limit In 1 Year
In this video, we will discuss the cash deposit limit in India and how to avoid getting an income tax notice. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has set a certain limit on cash deposits in savings accounts. Any amount deposited above this limit will be reported to the Income Tax Department (ITD). If the ITD finds that you have deposited cash above the limit without paying taxes, you could be liable for a penalty.
In the 2nd part of the video, we will also discuss how you can avoid Income Tax Notice for Online Transactions.

Honestly paying taxes and obliging with all these rules is done by middle class for ages but problem starts when this tax amount goes for freebies and payouts for highly inefficient and corrupt government servants. Apart lack of quality public education, health, etc. I dont remember when last time visited government hospital or in that case sending kids to government schools. Again am not blaming current government but it is a issue between till date governments (formed by any political party) versus common citizens.

Govt must also review the circle rates pan India because there is huge difference in market rate and circle rate in our country, they are as huge as 10x in some cases. Only imposing tax or sending tax notices will only cause inconvenience to the citizens.

For section 80g, Until 2000 you can pay by cash. Beyond 2000, it should be through cheque or digital transaction for any ngo. For political parties, there are no limits. Please provide correct info

Why it can't it be simplified by keeping in mind how people are going to invest. It has become unpredictable. Around 6500 ultra rich indians are leaving india. Sad part is many of them are job givers. Indirectly people are investing in foreign nations instead of india.

i was trying for a transaction of some 2k in a shop recently and it showed me that the daily limit of upi is 5k which i already exhausted. that was from hdfc. everything is expensive these days how would we pay in shops when the amount is more than 5k
