Yesterday my boys were playing nerdecrafter. I heard one say I'll be Sika you be Jackie. You make them want to try new things. We've been painting and sculpting. It makes me so happy, even if it means I have to listen to them yell "in the trash" everytime they throw something away. 💗

Kind of off topic but my baby cousin ate one of those beads that expand in water (Though this one was the kind that expands to the size of a tennis ball) and it expanded in her intestines and she nearly died. So Sika no. Bad. Do not eat. Jackie feed Sika so she doesn't eat those.

Your cousin is one of multiple kiddos that happened too. Thats why most US stores have stopped selling the water ball/orbees that grow to the large size. Thats so scary im glad your cousin is OK. As a parent I can only imagine how utterly horrifying that was.

It took the doctors a very long time to figure out what it was. It just showed up as a blob on every scan they did. But yes she's okay now. This was quite a few years back when she was still a baby. Probably ten years ago or so. She's fine now thank goodness but yes our family was part of the campaign against the ones that were that big. All it took was a second for her to swallow one. Her mother didn't even realize.

Hey can you guys like this so Jackie can see? I manage a soap shop, and bath bombs don't last forever. The older they are, the more fizz and scent they lose! Either way these bath bombs are crap, but i'ts good to know! These could have been sitting on a shelf for ages.

A small tip to make the neon color pop more is to put down white first, then neon over it. I used to do nails and that is how I would get my neon artwork to show up on darker backgrounds.

Used in a sentance "Wow, that dude can really shred!" It's a word used for a person who is good at something. It's also used in a situation where someone is really good at the guitar or something. It's kind of like a beach boy vocabulary word.

For the neons on Sika's rock, putting white dotes and then covering them in the neon color should help them pop more since the background color reflects light differently

I totally love the dollar tree stores. You are pretty much right about finding everything there. I spent 45 dollars on a bunch of craft items. Like rocks mosses, rocks with moss, enough little wooden squares to build a house for my bearded dragon and my hamster, With many rolls of different felts clothes for my dragon. I even was able to get some yarn to crochet them both an amazing blankets for them both!

The rock painting kit made me so happy! 🤣 I think I'd spend my £5 on that (I do think they could've included proper ball tools for making the dots, though). The bath bomb just needed a tiny plastic shark in the bowl for an reenactment of 'Jaws' 🦈 🤣 The glass cabochons have so much potential! Especially if you combine them with polymer clay. 😊

Nah, expectations vs reality. Expectations are Jackie and Sika, and reality is either ignoring or fighting. When you're an adult, supposedly most siblings get along more, but kids.... no. I reccomend a pet if you don't have any.

My sister's ten years older than me. Now that our moms passed we've gotten a bit closer. Or maybe it's that I now live out of state. But I've always been very close with her kids growing up. Mom & I constantly had them for weekends. But with my sister it's become in some ways like having a second mom now. Probably because she babysat me a lot growing up.

Technically a cabochon is a polished gemstone so the plain glass "stones" wouldn't qualify as being a cabochon. I'm surprised you didn't have any salt over the rock kit showing colors on the box that were not actually provided in the box. The bath bombs are exactly like the ones we used to have 30 - 35 years ago -- they were always square, the fragrance was usually pretty weak, they had that weird hole pattern thing going on when they were submerged, and they never really fizzed. I'm not sure what the point of them really was, but I loved them when I was a kid.

@@shelbylogsdon5475 my aunt used to use them all them time and had boxes of them from the early 70s- they were definitely much smaller and almost always little rectangles. In the late 80s they also made bath beads that looked like paintballs filled with smelly oil along with the regular bath bomb blocks.
