Just got one today. I have a small wrist but I must say this watch is a little smaller that I was hoping for. On the other hand, many of the other newer models seem way too big.
it is really a very very tough battle between the two watches...both love by many and It's really down to what you really prefer a clear display or a negative display...for me, both of them wins eapecially those who have these watches 😂
I never noticed that the MS and HR case buttons are closer together. Not sure whether this is an improvement or not, make the case look a bit rounder I guess and possibly narrower. I also notice the MS bezel is not as high as the E. I also just noticed the watch on the left was a G-5600E not a DW-5600E lol they look so similar.
I've had the watch a week now and overall I like it. Size is just about right to me - sizeable but fits comfortably under the cuff of a shirt. Its not massive like some G-Shocks. The black display looks good with the black resin -- giving the watch a 'stealth-plane' like look. One negative of this though is with the display being dark its a bit harder to see the time than with a traditional LCD. You have to look closer to see the time, especially in low light conditions without using the backlight. Accuracy is good - one second out after 5 days. Another negative, and a strange one, is that I've developed a small sore red line/patch under the edge of the watch on the back of my wrist. Looking closer I see this is caused by the pointed corner of the resin moulding around one of the four recessed buttons. I've taken this sharp point off the resin now with a little rub of sandpaper and expect it to be ok now. I've never had this happen with any watch before.
anyone can tell me if the bezels whit straps can be intercabiated betwen this models ? i think i bought a dw5600 m 3 bezel and straps for my dw5600e watch .
