Same happened to me too. Was just about to take the watch back to the jeweller when I saw the video and adjusted the watch, thus saving myself a 300km/5hr return trip!

Thank you for a fantastic instructional video! I was ready to throw the watch away. I have lived with this watch out of sync since I replaced the batteries 6 months ago. My current problem with his watch is that, there's no sound (beep) when hitting mode button. No alarm as well. How can I get this fixed?

I have got a watch exactly like this and all these times I have been thinking the battery has become weak. So i ven gone through several watch shops in the town to replace the battery, but none of them have the service for this watch.
