If you are using metal tweezers, then at 2:14 you short circuited the old battery. Not much damage, the battery is no good anyway. However, at 2:43 you did exactly the same thing to the new battery, potentially significantly shortening her working life. Longer you short circuit battery's + and - electrodes, more damage you inflict on the battery. That's the reason professionals use non-metallic tweezers to handle small button batteries.

Most painful part of these watches is not the battery change, it's opening that cover...
