Very difficult to pair using my android. Once able to pair 1 out of 10 tries only can connect. Later need to remove pairing and redo all over again...and still 1 out of 20 tries succeed. Better the old G Shock connect. Never failed to connect.
Ya it keeps asking me for location permission in the app to pair my phone. I did this several times yet still get same message. So unfortunately this app can't work with G shocks. What a terrible idea to switch over from g shock. Also it said it would transfer my data and nothing was transferred
Will this app help my solar casioak hold its charge better? Thing only charges in direct sunlight, which the UK is not known for, and discharges in about 3 weeks.
Does the app turn bluetooth on and off automatically when needed to sync the time several times daily? Or does bluethooth have to be always on? That would be a no-go.
Trying to add my watch using this app, but it never gives me the option to pair it. After I register my watch, it just takes me back to the list of registered watches. How do I get the Casio Watches app to ask me to pair my watch? Or something broken with the app?
How can I use the track log function with the PRT-B50 watch? It worked fine with the Pro Trek connected app, but never once with the Casio Watches app.
Casio, really. When will you create an app that works. I keep telling myself not to be suckered into buying another Casio. Here I am, yet again fighting with an app and watch that just loves fighting with one another. Take a little bit of your profit and hire people that can build a proper app instead of an advertisement tool to push more sales. Back to the battle.
5:38 please add an option to change interval of the signal alarm. sedentary lifestyle is become a big issue this past years and most people wanted this signal to be like 15 to 30 min interval to remind them to move their ass from sitting position. also an schedule turn off time so it doesn't keep beeping on night time where everyone is sleep. 6:07 is it limited to only 5 entries? if yes.. please allow us to add more. this is also for people will sedentary lifestyle who trying to stay away from their phones. smartphone have it's own reminder app. but by making your watch do the same thing then it will be more easy for them to stay away from their phone and be productive without it.
Please add connectivity with the Casio stb-1000 (3423 module). Even basic features like time sync would be welcome and better than nothing. You basically abandoned support for this watch soon after launch.
While it is a great idea to have one app that connects to ALL casio watches, sadly this app is pretty much useless after the initial setup and first run. On second run, when I tried to demonstarte the app to a friend, the setting no longer appear, just a box to show it is connected and a link to the instruction manual. Oh and a vice image of the model of G-SHOCK I purchased.. The GM-B2100BD Have contacted Casio to try getting this resolved ASAP.. I mean £499 for a watch isn't cheap, but when a relatively far simpler thing like an app, does not work correctly, it makes you wonder if they really care about their customers as much as they do the profit they make.
@@andrewlee6152 Coming right from the App Store and I see there was a new updated version 2 weeks ago (so around 7th February ‘23) where they fixed the non-showing settings page.
@@brunosco Yes indeed.. App now fully functional, at least for me. I contacted CASIO, they sent the messge on to the relevent department and within 2 dayss they had updated the app.. So all good.. Casio support is, at least i my case, exceptional 👍
My app doesn’t enable alarm to be set for PM. It doesn’t indicate AM/PM on the right like on this video. When selecting a time it defaults to AM Perhaps this is a glitch ?
@@anthonywiggan8821 no.. but I noticed the alarm once set to PM on the phone will then default on the App as PM too when attempting to adjust it while using the app
To use AM or PM for your alarm time, just change it with your finger. Put your finger on the screen on top of the AM or PM indicator and slide your finger up or down to change AM to PM or PM to AM.
The AM and PM are there, you just can't see them. If you pretend they are there and swipe up/down you change change it. Seems like the previous app worked better than this one.
