It's tough for families to choose a casket from those cuts. When you buy a car, you don't just look at the fender or front clip....all caskets are hand made, not just the hardwoods that are made in Mexico. In this showroom you have waaaaaaay too many upper end units and not enough 20 gauge units. Families can tell that you are not offering lower priced units except the black one and that this funeral home allowed Batesville to set up too many upper end casket cuts. The days of having expensive cuts in the showroom are over,It's a 20 gauge market.
Excellent presentation. It's important for consumers to understand that no matter how expensive the casket is eventually some moisture will enter even with a vault. Most people think the body will stay the same as on the day of viewing.
We should not be making caskets out of metal, then stick them in a vault. Go with all natural materials like wood or bamboo, no embalming process, no vault. Let Mother nature do her thing, and the Earth will love you back.
