@@Steven-ze2zk I'm making an assumption but, I think that was a reference to being slow to impose rules at the start of the pandemic and putting elderly Hospital patients infected with COVID into poorly prepared care homes. And before anyone says "But that was Matt Hancock", Boris trusted him right up until the point Hancock resigned.
