Street Knowledge 101: The no snitching code apply only to criminals such as killers (hitmen) gang bangers, drug dealers, bankrobbers & anybody else who are apart of the criminal underworld or criminal activity. If I'm a blood & kill a rival gang member than when I get nabbed and I give up my leader for less time that would make me a snitch. Alpo from paid in full is also a perfect example too. If you live in a neighborhood & your just a average Joe not involved in anything illegal and it's a rapist or mass murderer around & you give him/her up to the cops you are not necessarily a snitch.
You're wrong VLAD some cops DO set out to kill and harm blacks.. There was a case where two cops text each other asking how. many black men they were going to beat up that day. Both went to prison that was. this year

Where I'm from, any kind of help you give to law enforcement or authority is snitching. Even in jail, talking to the C.O. too much is considered a no no and could get you fucked up. I'm not saying its right or that I agree with it but that's how it is
