So in a Problem Question for non-tariff barriers: 1. Article 34 or 35 depending on import or export 2. Quantitative restriction or Measure having an equivalent effect 3. IAM or DAM 4. Keck 3 stage test 5. If fails, Article 36 grounds 6. If fails, Cassis 1st principle plus mandatory requirement? Cheers!
