Cast Iron Steaks: Celebrating Two Years in New York 

August 15, 2024 was the two year anniversary of the date when I became a resident of New York, living in a new home. And so, we celebrated two years with two steaks, cooked in two Lodge cast iron skillets. I don't know when the cutoff date is when I can no longer call this "my new home," but I don't think I've reached that point yet.
