Agree on economy based reservation .. other things mentioned are very complicated and am not sure it can be implemented.. also if you do reservation based on percentage of that caste, it’s indirectly influencing that caste to have more kids 😂.. with same quota system if poorest get benefited, then that is best .. why should there be even more granularity, it’s only going to cause more division

According to your suggestion, if reservation is given to the caste based population of the economically weaker section of the said caste; only the poor fill up the seats of education and employment reservation in government. This will create a distaste between the rich and poor which won't slide. Also if the reservation bar rises to 100%, then by your recommendation no child of rich parents can dream to become a government servant of his/her choice. So associate yourself in choosing topics like Tamil culture which you are good at; and refrain yourself from topics like reservation and let the knowledgeable folk like lawmen do it. TLDR; reservation is the balance between merit and caste representation. If you cannot figure it out, you clearly don't have vision of upliftment that the current reservation system provides.

My opinion is there should be a good percentage of merit reservation where economically stronger people from every caste can participate if they ever want to partake. That makes reservations non discriminative, which it already is.

Let us take an example, there are ten job vacancies, what will happen to someone’s community who is 2 percent , then will he get 0.2 job seat. So complex concept.

Nope… out of that only 63.5 % are allocated for reservations… Rest are for general. Now in that 63.5%, it will be split based on their community. Suppose your 2 percent community is under OBC. The allotted place for OBC is 27% percent. The chances are your 2% community people can get anywhere between 0-27%. And some of the can be skilful enough to get under general itself. So every community can benefit if they really study well.

This is total BS. 100 percent reservation is not possible. we have so many castes and the total vacancies are very less. The method you're suggesting will create furthermore discrimination. We cannot implement reservation based on the economical status either. This will give more access to economic disparity.
