🏰 Castelul Bánffy, Bonțida,județul Cluj
Lucrările la castel au fost începute de Bánffy Dénes în anul 1650 din pietrele castelului Dăbâca. Fiul lui, Bánffy György a continuat lucrările la castel în anii 1690. Lucrările de construcții și reabilitări au fost reluate la începutul secolului al XVII-lea, când castelul a fost extins urmând stilul renascentist.
Despre parcul castelului se putea auzi prima dată pe la mijlocul secolului al XVIII-lea, când Bánffy Dénes încerca să construiească un parc francez pe modelul parcurilor Schönbrunn și Versailles. Parcul în stil francez, construit pe baza planurilor lui Johann Christian Erras a completat splendoarea clădirii în stil baroc.

The works on the castle were started by Bánffy Dénes in 1650 from the stones of Dăbâca castle. His son, Bánffy György, continued work on the castle in the 1690s. Construction and rehabilitation work resumed in the early 17th century, when the castle was expanded in the Renaissance style.
The castle park was first heard in the middle of the 18th century, when Bánffy Dénes was trying to build a French park on the model of Schönbrunn and Versailles parks. The French-style park, built on the plans of Johann Christian Erras, completed the splendor of the Baroque-style building.
