➤ROM "Castelul Pelișor este un palat de mici dimensiuni construit pe domeniul castelului Peleș (în valea Prahovei). Ridicat între 1899 și 1902 de arhitectul ceh Karel Liman și decorat de artistul vienez Bernhardt Ludwig, castelul Pelișor a devenit, începând cu anul 1903, reședința de vară a principilor moștenitori ai României.
Castelul Pelișor fost construit din dorința regelui Carol I, ca reședință a principilor moștenitori Ferdinand și Maria."

what a cozy castle! so much light, so much wood and warm colours. so much art work on the walls, and beautiful furnishings. Much cozier than those old medieval castles. Wonderful vid Sorin!

Is unlike a medieval castle because it is newer. It was built in 1899-1902 by order of King Carol I, as the residence, for his nephew and heir, the future King Ferdinand (son of Carol's brother Leopold von Hohenzollern) and Ferdinand's consort Queen Marie. Old stuff since we were a constitutional monarchy and Romania had a good reputation. All my best!

Pelisor Castle was built by the former King of Romania for their children. It is right next to the royal residence, Peles Castle. As I answered once to your question, I am a man, I am 64 years old and I live in Sibiu, Romania. So I can't be the woman who appears in the clip :)) All the best!
