Very much miss working in the steel mill, have done 95% of the jobs in melt shop ! Last 9 years I fun a overhead crane ! Carrying 90 tons of molting steel is no joke ! Had to be very precise on you actions ! But diagnosed with m/s at age 31 and stayed to age 38 and had to leave my job was a very hard thing ! Very hard job in summer !! Miss those guys I worked with ! Miss the job ! But they say all good things come to a end, mine come sooner than usual I guess !!
Interesting camera angle... was someone doing a time & motion study of swapping out the ladles on the caster turret? Things are a little more interesting for the casual viewer when the view includes the straightening section and cut-off torch(es)
