This dog was worth every cent you paid for him, beautiful dog & a wonderful working human/canine relationship. Thank you as I love the Australian Kelpie
i feel sorry for my kelpie, he has a bigger play drive than a food drive, so he may have made a good working kelpie, now i have to work hard at keeping him amused, he has more toys than i had when i was a kid, he rounds up the toy high speed buggy, thats his favourite toy, he follows me around on a bike, i have to wear him out a little or he's not happy, he lives in the house, he wont step foot in the back yard alone, he hates being by him self, theres more action inside the house, i work at keeping him amuzed with games and toys, i knew kelpies are not backyard dogs before i got him, but i love the breed and was committed to helping him cope in the suburbs, i ride a bike a lot and he follows behind, he is excellent with traffic, he's been off lead all his life without any problems, he knows the rules of the streets, he wont cross a street without me, he waits at traffic lights crossings, he's been doing it for 9 years so far, i used to have low flying drones at the park he would chase until the battery went flat, now i just use a high speed buggy, he's rarely alone !!!

He has a name it is Glencairn Seven or just Seven. He doesn’t care what name you give him his job is to work for his master as a good team member. He’s brilliant!
juan lopes .... no their not the same...not even from the same country...Kelpies are an Australian breed where as the border collie is a breed from the UK...yes they do the same jobs but if you look at them side by side you can see the obvious difference between them
