Please say prayers for me when you see this comment. I have been in bouts of sleep paralysis all week. I asked Jesus to send me a song to play in my brain while I was stuck in an episode for an hour. This is the song He gave me so I'm here listening to it when I finally was able to move. Lord Jesus Christ, I will not fear the demonic oppression because You are greater. You are stronger and You will always win. Nothing will turn my gaze from you. I will not fear because the Lord my God is with me. I am a child of God, saved by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, the son of God, God come in the flesh. Thank you for waking me up another morning. I will be obedient to you and I'm sorry for my sinful flesh and nature. Please have mercy on me and forgive me. Amen

I, too, have endured those paralysis dreams often in my life. I pray for you, right in this moment, dear child! I lift you up for God's blessings and his Almighty protection from these assaults. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but he will not succeed because you are a Christ child declaring your love, faith, and belief! Glory to Jesus who has already beaten the enemy and the battle is won! I pray for peaceful and restful sleep in Jesus' Holy Name, Amen and amen. 🙏❤️🙏 This song is awesome in so many different ways. Last night I asked God to show me if he wanted me to go back to church, I asked him directly. Last night I had a nightmare of a demon chasing me. H caught me and was beating me. He was stabbing my wrist and mocking me telling me I was lost and I'd never come back. I was trying desperately to wake myseIf. I felt a hand grab the back of my collar and I came to and woke up with a stabbing pain in my wrist. God was telling me it was time to come back to his flock. I am listening. I am going to church this morning and I am going to do my best to live for him from now on. I've wept this morning listening to his songs of praise. You're never too lost for God, he will always find a way to speak to you and show you what you're missing.

Like another comment stated, I also suffer from social anxiety, addiction, shame and guilt. I prayed to god right before this song popped up about struggles related to this. Its been 2 years and ive lost everything including my job. My social anxiety has spiraled out of control. Im 26 and feel like im throwing my life away. I can't live like this anymore. I truly believe this song popped up for a reason. Like the other comment, Im making a change. Starting tomorrow no matter how hard it is or how many obstacles there are. I know God has me and will help me back up when I fall. We will all get through our struggles.

I have something to say. I was in my living room just thinking deeply of the things I've done in the past. (This was when I was in my emotional state) I started crying and doubting myself. In my mind, I heard these thoughts saying, "You're disgusting" and "God will never forgive you." But then this song came into my mind, "The Voice of Truth," from Casting Crowns. It's like the words were flowing into my mind. Then I felt God's love and peace surrounded me. It's just amazing how God speaks to us in so many ways. I won't ever forget that day. Still struggling but I know my Savior is with me, I'm trying my best to grow deeply in him and his words for my life. I'm just very thankful for God's love. Thank you, Lord!❤

This song was playing in my family’s car when I was 12, and I’ll never forget it. At the time, I was being bullied at school for being autistic, and I was starting to believe what they were saying about me. But this song, "Voice of Truth" by Casting Crowns, changed my life. As soon as I heard it, I felt God’s love and peace, and I realized that I didn’t need to listen to what those kids were saying. I only needed to listen to the voice of God, who loves and accepts me just as I am. I’m still not perfect, but this song has stayed with me, and helped me to grow closer to God.

I have severe anxiety. My mom would play this everytime I was about to go in somewhere, or do something that got me extremely nervous. This song has always helped me so much. Never give up and keep fighting. Listen to the voice of truth-- don't be afraid 🖤

my father played it when he was in church, he used the piano, look forward to 2022 he is addicted to drugs I prayed to the Lord to help my father recover from drug addiction, back then In March, the Lord answered, papa went home to Bicol until he was well, the only thing that i wait is for him to worship the Lord again, I always tell papa that the Lord already missed him, to God be all the Glory🙌🏻☝🏻

This song hits differently for me as a person living with schizophrenia. Hearing voices and other kinds of hallucinations are a scary and unfortunate part of this severe mental health condition. This song changed my life. I was severely bullied in school as a child, and I never understood why. I was born with Autism, but I wasn't diagnosed until I was 10. I was being bullied badly enough as it was, so when I was diagnosed, I was terrified, because I knew that the bullying was going to be more severe than ever. When we were driving home, I got so scared I started crying. My mom always kept the radio on 89Q, and the second I began crying, this song came on the radio. All of the sudden, my fear began to slowly subside. I didn't need to worry about what the other kids said or did to me, I have a Father in Heaven who loves me for who I am, and that's all that matters. The only person who's opinion matters is God's. I don't even know how to BEGIN to describe how much that song meant to me then, and how much it STILL means to me now. I feel like Casting Crowns were, and still are, messengers from God to me, to give me comfort and strength in the form of their music.

This song got me through a tough spot in life my mother had caught covid was hospitalized and they put her in a induced coma to put her on a intubation machine they told us it was 50/50 for her to live on it but by the grace of god ohsu had 1 ecmo machine open and they chose my mom to take it we live in alaska so it was such a blessing for me and my family now all is well without all the prayers and this song my faith in god wouldnt have been as strong as it is now i will forever praise god and thank god for his many blessings🙏

I've been struggling with Opioid addiction for the last 3-4 years! I went through a very spiritual experience in 2018 when I was told by God I was chosen to be a prophet! However I kept backsliding with drugs so he has not revealed his purpose for choosing me yet! I'm praying I can get completely clean and live his will for my life. Jesus told me that I was becoming a stronger man!
