Abe sadly did a small brain move. Even by following his logic, thinking that corpse was jester, he should still have voted corpse anyway because there is no reason for sykunno to vote Corpse. By Abe's logic, Sykunno is crew and just saw Abe kill, hence the only person left that can be jester in Syk's POV is Corpse, so Syk would never vote Corpse. Excluding not voting/voting skip this is the highest chance to get 1v1v1. Worst case senario is just sykunno voting Abe as well, since Corpse basically said he voted Abe.

rae told everyone that shes sykkuno's lawyer that fucked sykkuno as only impostors or jester can have lawyer. Therefore as toast knew that sykkuno's name wasnt red so he wasnt an impostor that only leaves him to be a jester

Not really smart, that was an obvious play since blau voted x for gaslighting him. Syk didn't want to die to imp so he wanted to end it fast. But an imp is able to figure out roles easily due to lawyer. Lawyer in this setting can only have a client that is not town. Since an imp didn't have vak as a lawyer, that means that Syk is either a jest or jackal. And since Sky couldn't have gotten the first kill, you already know he's jest once vak says who her client is. What Syk did could've worked on new players, but even then it's very unlikely.

I actually had heavy doubts on Toast being "big brain" after that. It was so obvious to the point where I was bashing myself against the wall saying "X IS YOUR TEAMMATE"

Also when xqc got stuck running in toilets, he was attempting to do the venting glitch where your name isn't seen thru the wall. It's a very well known one and xqc assumed it was common knowledge, which is why he got so defensive right away. I was baffled that Toast didn't pick up on that

Yeah I liked that play, it was a clever way to approach the situation. At first I was a bit confused by Sykkuno's argument but when Toast called him out as the Jester it made sense.

It wasn't big brain on either end, just really a obvious play. He should've tried to get someone else besides blau, that blau trusts the most. Since that would seem more imp like and blau would be forced to change onto Syk for starting it.

An example is when he instantly knew that sykkuno was the jester when he tried to push on the swapper without evidence. While transparent and obvious in hindsight, the way he figured it out INSTANTLY is still very very impressive.

@@BeskarDrip basically a neutral killing role. Sorta like the murderer from Town of Salem i guess? Basically its somebody who is an imposter but is on a team all by themselves. They can kill like the imposters can, but they can only win by being the last person alive who can kill. (One Jackal and one regular crew or only the Jackal alive) There was a game earlier where the two remaining players were one imposter and one jackal and the game continued until one killed the other.

@@BeskarDrip I believe Jackals are a killing role similar to the imposter in many aspects. They cannot sabotage, but they can kill and vent. Jackals should also be able to sidekick a single person tho I don't know if that's a setting. If the Jackals sidekicks someone (depending on the rules, as there's an option to be able to sidekick an imposter), that person gains all the same attributes as the Jackals except the killing ability (again this is a rule that can be changed to allow for both to kill). If the Jackal dies and they have a sidekick that sidekick gets promoted to Jackal.

Yea, I guess Toast thought that the Spy could see who were the other two impostors, which isn't an ability the spy has. X's strategy was so big brain that I'm surprised impostors haven't done that sooner.

@@WanderTheNomad he knew, he just didn’t thought about this “code”. Actually big brain though. Also impostors doing this “code” is kind of bad, cause spies can catch onto that too.

@@Heinrk Spies don't know who the impostors are. If an impostor tries this, the spy might just think a regular crewmate is clearing them.

Now that X and Toast have used the technique of clearing both the red colored names, the spy will instantly get the idea during future usage of the tricks (unless some other role is just doing that trick to fool everyone). Such ideas are cool but they are sadly usable only once in smart lobbies.

For a second I thought you were suggesting that the roles be tied to cosmetics, but on further read you could just set certain percentages for each role so that the is always a chance for any roles to be in play.

I believe that is an option in the mod settings, though I might be confusing Other Roles with Town of Us.
