Sir ...if the sulphur content increases then 0.1 so, how could i make it down ...i tried by increasing Mn but nothing works out . So tell me somthing other way out pls.
Add calcium oxide. Use charge calculation LD/R. Recovery for calcium oxide is 90%. Put that formula u will get how much amount u need to add CaO to reduce S by 0.1 %
U said swelling happens when improper ramming is done or mould Cavity breaks . But swelling is not only because of Improper ramming but also when sand has high moisture content, and when mould breaks it results in expansion scab this is due to low strength of sand and low hardness.
