Do you have a gfrc mix which would be good for an outdoor sheet (4x8) for cladding a house which will freeze and thaw every year??? Are you guys willing to share your mix designs?
Sure no problem. Send an email to info@trinic.us and someone will send you out mix design calculator. You just punch in the dimensions and it tells you what and how much you need
Great stuff. any idea on how to get the face coat on the side wall as well (without spraying) so I could prevent the fibers bleeding through or it shouldn't be a worry. What fibers you are using pls?
If the edge is short you can just brush it up the sides but if it is more than a couple inches it is easier to spray. We use either Cem-fil 60 or PVA RECS 15 for the backer and direct cast (SCC) pieces and HD anti-crack in the face coats.
@@TrinicLLC I am trying to source all the materials in the UK but not being too successful. cement, silica, fibre glass and plasticiser is available but the rest seems hard to get hold of, any suggestions? im guessing the ingredients are vital. Also would it be possible to skip the and just add the back coat and the sand down if you were planning on painting the sheet?
We are shipping out the first sticking order to the UK next week so your timing is good. Send me an e-mail to info@trinic.us and I’ll help you pick what you need.
Go to our website and check out SCC premix or if you want to save some $$ and use your own sand and cement click on TEC-Admix and download the TDS sheet the mix designs are on that
