It amazes me how well you capture the Elden Ring experience with each video 🤣🤣🤣

The part where he falls into the water really made me laugh.

After his weepy scene there's a shack in liurnia where edgar has lost his mind and attacks you, you can collect his halberd then too if you don't want to just murder him.

0:02 Welcome to Weeping Peninsula. A small part of Limgrave to the south that looks like Australia. And this is Irina. Blind girl who escaped from Castle Morne after it was overrun by angry unpaid workers not happy with their employers behavior. She gives you a quest to get her letter to her dad who is the commander of Castle Morne. 0:06 I guess Carboat kind of spaced out here. 0:10 Another map pillar. In every now location ALWAYS go for those first. They can be seen on undiscovered places as small pillars. 0:12 And here is the welcoming committee of Castle Morne. A golem with a giant bow. It hits quite hard. 0:14 But it's also pretty damn slow and easy to evade 0:18 And rather easy to beat if you hit it's legs for long enough. Don't worry though. You will get to worse ones. 0:21 Castle Morne's entrance is an elevator. 0:22 And on the way are planks that some people can leave messages on (I think at least. I wasn't there in a while). Don't jump on those. There is nothing there. 0:25 As said before. Castle is overrun and soldiers are fighting for their lives. Those chimera looking things are Misbegotten. A race of beings that are discriminated against and treated like slaves for making contact with Crucible of Life and becoming this. Crucible is something that the current order REALLY doesn't like. More on that I will say in the future. For now let's just say that it's tied to the Omens as well. 0:32 You can mostly avoid fighting in the first area of Morne. Although there are a few enemies that can be an issue. 0:36 You can kill those things and help poor soldiers. 0:37 And looks like Carboat keeps on benefitting from Bleed on this weapon. 0:41 And those soldiers wont be grateful for the rescue. Everything wants to kill you. 0:42 Mostly everything. This is Irina's dad. You can give him the letter, but he wont go to his daughter until we get back the Grafted Sword (really good strength weapon) from a boss of this area. He also gives you Sacrificial Twig which lets you keep your Runes if you die, but gets destroyed in the process. Pretty useful if you got on a boss by accident and don't want to lose your runes. 0:48 Those shits are annoying and pretty dangerous if you fight them in a group. 0:51 This Grace you can only get to by dropping down from the wall and you can't go back up. 0:52 Another drop down. This castle has a lot of those 0:54 And last one. Don't touch the Jellies and they wont attack. 0:56 This place is also a bitch because it's not easy to see where you can and cannot stand safely without showing off your questionable swimming skills. 0:58 Boss there is Leonine Misbegotten. The biggest kind of Misbegotten with red hair. This boss is honestly not that hard... On his own... You'll know what I mean. Red is also a color that seems to be tied to the Crucible as well. 1:00 Carboat is going to have a fun time 1:02 Daddy Dearest finds his daughter dead once we get the sword and decides to hunt down the people that murdered her... His story doesn't end well either way... 1:07 He also has pretty good weapon. But I suggest you NOT kill him because if you do you will not be able to finish one quest you'll get later. 1:12 Let's hope Carboat was aware of that and didn't actually do it.

You can actually find the king of the castle. His body will be fed on by bat creatures at a cliff edge near the smaller erdtree. It's a good view of the destroyed castle, so I came to the conclusion that he was grabbed by those bats and carried off to that vantage point, where in his final moments before being devoured alive, he watches his kingdom burn.

I remember on my first playthrough i didnt go to weeping peninsula until after limgrave, siofra, caelid, liurnia...i almost 3 shotted the misbegotten warrior...reward was worth it though.

I just went here again in NG+ the attention to detail is fantastic 😂😂

lmao. I love this. I narrowly avoided the arrow when I was trying to get the map too, and I was surprised at how easy the giant was to handle. That Leonine Misbegotten (whatever that boss' name was) was stupidly easy though. Just summoned the jellyfish and then wailed on the guy. I had a harder time with all the demi-humans in the courtyard; to the point that I just ran past them grabbing items and making for the ladder. I missed the father until after the boss, so I had to speak him, save and quit, and then start up the game again to get the new dialogue and have him find his daughter. I was sad she was dead, but very much not surprised considering this is a FromSoftware game and she was sitting damn near in full view of a large number of enemies.

Loving this series. Really hoping to see it continue all the way to the end!

Just know that to keep the girl alive you just have to make her hostile towards you, and the quest won't advance so the father won't get angry, and she can't even hurt you since she's blind. So be the bag guy and you'l save lives

I enjoyed the small detail of a message put on some tiny ledge while taking the elevator. It probably only said "didn't expect message" or "pickle"

Elden Ring was my first soulsborne game and you have no idea how long it took me to realise it was an archer golem sniping me from across the map, i thought it was trebuchets from the castle telling me i wasn't allowed to go there yet. So thanks Carbot for triggering my Morne-Golem ptsd
