When I keep the debuff on my PJ, the enemy can't debuff again as long as I have it.. i usually use portal when I almost to die or when Im blinded (Which is a waste of pots be there unless I have teammates around me), sometimes I fight with debuff but it depends on situation.

Cómprate tempest muun, si quieres daño. Y es obvio cuando le entra paralizing o otro debuff, perdida de recursos.
