Belmont: Die Monster. You don't belong in this world. Dracula: Its not by my hand that I've been brought back to listen to this awesome remix by S.S.H. But enough talk, piss off so I can listen to it in peace. Belmont: Well that was unexpected. Same time next week then?
Death: Ah! Alucard! what is your business here? Alucard: i come to find an epic bass player to win the battle of the bands Death: alucard *whips out bass that looks like a scythe* consider that battle won
S.S.H. is a man of uncanny talent, this has fast become my favorite version of Bloody Tears since the original. Now if only someone would do a solid re-imagination of Monster Dance I'd be happy.
Whenever I need to hear this song, I search for THIS video. It was my first proper exposure to Bloody Tears so I always associate the music with the imagery in this video.
Bloody Tears has always been my favorite piece from the Castlevania series, and this remix has done it justice. I honestly beleive this should be in a Castlevania game.
@@CardPiano Richtor Belmont, and the one who story wise started it all: Leon Belmont And then there's the Lords of Shadow timeline, which has Gabriel, Trevor, Simon, and Victor.
I don't see why people are saying it was ruined by 1:45, it's just like the original songs A bit jarring, sure, but there's no problem with the sound. Ya'll are overdramatic.
i did Google it, the last post about it was about 3 years. if they were going to make a movie then the idea was scrapped. it was originally supposed to be done by Paul W.S. Anderson the director of the Resident Evil films but was then taken over by Frank Ward. I would like to see a Castlevania movie just as much as some of the other fans but i doubt this game will ever make the jump to the big screen. It saddens me too, it has such a great storyline.
so beutiful, this song is amazing, but quite sad for 2 reasons, one, it is a reminant of a time long gone, when games were a challange, different, not just a copy and paste of a fps, and two, i was born towards the end of this era, i never truly got to enjoy great game, although the ps1 did give me fond memories
SSH is genious... first song I ever heard from him was Travel Demon and I loved it. I thought that was only somekind of single from some unknown dude but just today found out that damn... he has done a LOT of music and being a Castlevania fan just makes me to love his work.
KJ Setser Yes really lol, that tonal shift came out of nowhere. which makes it a little jarring. The metal beat really gets you hooked in, but when the musical tone changes at 1:45 you wonder why the change then? Which is a legitimate question.
man verytime i see that castle spread uptop that towering cliff...... as the moon glows behind it.......as the bats fly in the sky.....i get this simple smile on my face......and i cant help but whisper.....draculas back
Alucard was the main hero of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (depending on what country you're from, also called Castlevania X) for the Playstation. He was also a playable character in Castlevania 3 for the Nintendo/Famicom.
@Testsubject909 After an epic battle, Richter stood victorious over the broken body of the dark priest called Shaft. Maria ran to his side and gazed at his handiwork. She held her hand to her mouth. All was still and quiet as Richter steeled himself for the showdown with Dracula. Maria finally said, "Wow. You really pounded that Shaft..."
to be honest, i WOULD like to see a castlevania movie...as long as it's cgi and straight to dvd (has anyone else noticed that the ones that are at least likeable are like that?) because seriously, there's quite the story in these
@Lelouch1Suzaku Well done pal. A gamer that wants to know about the essence, origins and history of a masterpiece is a true gamer indeed. I wish there were more people like you. You won't regret it. My personal favourite's you MUST play are "Symphony of the Night" (PSX) and "Super Castlevania IV" (SNES). Turn off the lights and enjoy these classics.
They are different remix crew not to be confused with the makers of this song. The remixers of this song are S.S.H. So no OC remix here. google for S.S.H. for their website where you will find many more of their stunning remixes
@alxxz its one of the most recuring soundtracks in the series, Vampire Killer, Bloody Tears, The Begginning and Simons Theme are some of the recuring themes. The former 2 are the most recuring of the four. 90% will have either both or just one. And 50% of them will have Bloody Tears
CV4 great one to start with... that was also about the time when people really started noticing "hey this music is really something... I wonder what it would sound like to ......."
@ravager48 i thank avgn for gettin me into this series. started with emulating four and i loved it . the metroidvania ones like sotn, aria of sorrow, and portrait of ruin are all epic.
Woah! I remember playing the first castlevania back in the days but now O_O Wow memories come back to life! Thnx qwertine for putting this here! Memories ignited!
@Testsubject909 From what I understand, they originally designed Gabriel to be Richter, but changed their minds shortly afterwards. So I'd say a new Richter game might just be on the way.
yes belmont is is the big clan that chases after dracula, but also van helsing is after him as well.. and no hellsing is another story ya know, read the old stories of Count vlad tepes from the clan dracul and you will see van helsing famely is involved there as well
