I have a couple of suggestions that I think you'd nail! The Hyrule Temple theme from Super Smash Bros Melee/Zelda II would be awesome. Also, Roaming the Wastes would be SO cool to hear you cover.
You literally made me cry. Me and my brother would take turns playing Castlevania on NES. He passed 9 years ago and I was sitting around feeling depressed and nostalgic and I typed in Castlevania music covers and yours was the first one to show up.
